One tidy page of links for every client — free for solo freelancers
Freelance designers, developers, writers and marketers finish every project with the same sprawl: the brief in one inbox, drafts in Drive, the design file, the staging site, the feedback doc, the invoice and five “here’s the latest” emails. Linkbry keeps each client’s links in a folder and gives the client one page to bookmark. For one person, it’s free.

In short
Linkbry works as a free client portal for links: a folder per client or project, published as a read-only page with your title, logo and accent colour, an optional password and expiry date, and view and click counts. The Free plan is one person with up to 100 links; Pro ($10 a month) removes the link limit and lets you hide the “Made with Linkbry” footer.

What freelancers use Linkbry for
A page per client project
Brief, timeline, drafts, staging link, final files and the invoice link on one page the client can come back to. Add a link and the page updates — no more resending.
A client welcome packet
How you work, your process, the intake questionnaire, a booking link, payment terms and FAQs, in one shared folder you send every new client.
Delivering final files
Upload finished files next to the links, as stored copies that don’t depend on a share link staying valid. Free includes 100 MB of storage (10 MB per file); Pro includes 20 GB (100 MB per file).
A curated portfolio for prospects
Case studies, live work and testimonials pages in one shared folder you tailor to each pitch — send a design-heavy set to one prospect and a strategy set to another.
Your freelance toolkit
Contract templates, pricing notes, tools, stock sites and tutorials in private folders — your own reference library, searchable by the notes you leave.
Reusable replies
Save proposal paragraphs, follow-ups and invoice reminders as snippets and insert them into any email or message with ;; in the Chrome extension.
The freelancer’s link problem
When you work with several clients at once, links are your filing system — and they’re scattered across every client’s preferred tool.
- Each client uses a different mix of Drive, Dropbox, Notion and email
- Feedback arrives in a thread that’s impossible to find a week later
- Clients lose the staging link and ask for it again
- Your own templates and tools live in browser bookmarks on one machine
A client portal for links, not a whole platform
Client-portal software bundles invoicing, contracts, time tracking and messaging, and charges for all of it. Linkbry does one part well: an organized, always-current page of everything a client needs to open. Keep invoicing and contracts in the tool you already use and put the links to them on the page.
Make it look like yours
Each shared page takes its own title, description, accent colour and logo, so a client sees your brand rather than a generic link list. Add a password for unreleased work and an expiry date for pitch pages. On Pro you can remove the “Made with Linkbry” footer and serve pages on your own domain, which we set up with you.
Know when the client looked
Share stats show views and clicks per link on each page, so before you chase feedback you can see whether the draft was opened. They don’t identify visitors — just counts.
Free or Pro?
Free is one person with up to 100 items — links, snippets and uploaded files all count — which is usually enough for a handful of active clients. Every verified signup through your referral link adds 50 more, up to 500. Pro is $10 a month or $100 a year: no link limit, 20 GB of storage, the footer hidden, extra workspaces, and the ability to invite a collaborator. Client pages, passwords and expiry dates are on both plans.
When Linkbry isn’t the right fit
If you need clients to sign proposals, pay invoices or message you inside the portal, use a dedicated client-portal tool. Clients can’t comment on a shared page; comments are for workspace members. And Linkbry is a web app with a Chrome extension — there are no native mobile apps.
A starter setup for a freelancer
Keep private working links in a sibling folder: sharing a folder also publishes everything inside it.
| Folder | What goes in it | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| Clients / Acme / Project page | Brief, timeline, drafts, staging link, final files, invoice link | Acme, via a branded page |
| Clients / Acme / Working | References, research, notes on feedback | Just you |
| Welcome packet | How I work, process, questionnaire, booking link, FAQs | Every new client, via one page |
| Portfolio | Case studies and live work | Prospects, via one page |
| Toolkit | Contracts, templates, tools, snippets | Just you |
Frequently asked questions
Yes, for one person: up to 100 links in your workspace, with shared client pages included. Pro is $10 a month or $100 a year if you need more links, more file storage, no footer or a collaborator.
Yes. Passwords, expiry dates and custom titles, logos and colours are available on every plan. Only hiding the “Made with Linkbry” footer and custom domains need Pro.
No. Anyone with the link — and the password, if you set one — can open the page. A client who has a Linkbry account can also save a copy of the folder into their own workspace.
No. Shared pages never show notes, archived links or links you’ve kept private.
Upgrade the workspace to Pro and invite them as an editor ($10 a month) or a free viewer. Owners can restrict folders so a subcontractor only sees the clients they work on.
