# Linkbry > Linkbry is a shared link library for teams: one workspace where a team's tools, dashboards, docs and client links live, organized with folders and tags, searchable by everyone, with owner/editor/viewer roles. On the paid plan viewers are free and owners and editors are $10/month each; the Free plan is one person. A Chrome extension saves pages in one click and inserts saved links into any text box by typing ;;. Linkbry is built for teams, startups and companies that run on a lot of shared links, the ones that otherwise end up in Slack pins, a stale "useful links" wiki page, a shared spreadsheet and everyone's own browser bookmarks. Typical uses: a "Start here" folder for onboarding new hires, a folder of every SaaS tool and dashboard, one folder per client or project, and engineering runbooks and docs. Firms use it the same way: law firms for court portals, research databases and matter folders; accounting firms for tax and client portals; real estate teams for listings and buyer resources; architects for codes, products and project references; nonprofits, clinics (admin links only), e-commerce teams and newsrooms for the portals, references and sources they share every day. Agencies run a separate workspace per client and invite the client's team as free viewers, or share a single folder as a public read-only link. Teams can move in quickly: import everyone's existing browser bookmarks with folders and tags intact, then publish any folder as a read-only link for clients or contractors. It is not a personal read-it-later app, a web archive, or a self-hosted tool. For archived copies of pages (screenshots, PDFs, full page copies) or self-hosting, Linkwarden, Karakeep or Raindrop.io Pro are better fits; for a personal library on mobile, Raindrop.io has native apps and Linkbry doesn't. ## Pricing - Free: $0, up to 100 links in one workspace, just you (no other members, viewers included), no time limit, no credit card. - Pro: $10 per month or $100 per year for each owner or editor. Viewers are free and unlimited. Example: a 40-person company where 5 people maintain the links pays $50/month. - Details: https://linkbry.com/pricing ## What Linkbry does - Team workspaces: every link saved to the workspace is visible to all members; individual links can also be kept private to the person who saved them. - Roles: owner (everything, including members, billing and deleting folders and tags), editor (add, edit, organize and delete links; add and edit folders and tags; share folders; import), viewer (read-only; can export). - Invites: the workspace owner invites people by email (an email invite expires after 24 hours), or creates a shareable invite link with a role, optional expiry and use limit. Owners can also let anyone with a verified email at the company's domain join with a set role. - Multiple workspaces: anyone can be a member of several workspaces (for example their own team's and a client's). Creating additional workspaces requires owning a paid workspace. - Nested folders with no depth limit, multiple tags per link, favorites for links and folders. A link has one home folder and can also be shown in other folders. - More than links: text snippets you can insert anywhere with the extension, and uploaded images and files (stored copies that can't rot). - Go links: give a link a short alias and open it as go/alias from the browser address bar with the extension, or at app.linkbry.com/go/alias. - Team features: link owners with review dates, comments with @mentions, highlights, assign-to-read, link requests, a personal inbox, checklist folders for onboarding, saved views, and folders restricted to named members. - Each link has a description (auto-filled from the page preview) and a separate note for the team's own context. - Link previews: pasting a URL fetches the page title, description, image, site name and favicon. - Duplicate warning when a URL is already saved in the workspace (saving a second copy is still allowed). - Search matches title, URL, description, note, site name and the captured readable text of saved pages (also shown in a reader view); results can be filtered by tag, folder, favorite and broken status and sorted by date. - Suggestions: when saving, Linkbry suggests a folder and tags based on how the workspace already files that site; the Start page search matches a plain-language question against titles, notes and saved page text. - Import: bookmarks HTML files exported from Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Brave or Arc, CSV (including Pocket- and Raindrop-style CSV exports), JSON exports from Linkwarden, Karakeep and similar tools, and plain lists of URLs. Keeps folder structure, tags and original save dates where the file has them, and skips duplicates. Up to 20,000 links per file, within the plan's link limit (Free holds 100 links). - Export: HTML (nested folders, tags, dates, descriptions and notes) or CSV (including notes, folder path and status). Any member can export. - Public folder sharing: owners and editors can publish a folder, including its subfolders, as a read-only web page that anyone with the link can open without an account, optionally with a password, an expiry date and the team's own title, description, logo and colour. Shares show views and clicks per link, can be embedded in Notion or an intranet, can be listed in the public templates gallery, and visitors can save a copy into their own workspace. Notes, archived and private links are never shown. - Broken-link checker: links are re-checked automatically in the background (at most weekly) and flagged as broken or moved, with a Broken filter and an on-demand "check now". - Activity feed: a history of link, folder, tag, share and member changes, visible to all members. - Bulk actions: select many links and move, tag, archive, favorite or delete them at once (up to 500). - Keyboard-first: a ⌘K command menu and shortcuts for adding, searching, moving through, editing and selecting links. - Analytics (paid plan): counts clicks on workspace links made by members inside Linkbry: total clicks, clicks per day, most-opened links and which member clicked. Clicks on public share pages are not tracked. - Chrome extension: saves the current page in one click, or any link on a page via right-click, choosing folder and tags; warns if the link is already saved. - Insert-anywhere picker: in the extension, type ;; or press Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+K in any text box, rich editor or iframe (Slack, Gmail, Notion, Jira, docs) to search every workspace you belong to and insert a saved link, as a formatted link or a plain URL with Shift. - QR code for any link, downloadable as PNG. Sign in with email and password or with Google. - MCP server at https://api.linkbry.com/mcp for AI assistants (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT and other MCP clients): search links across workspaces, get a link's details, list workspaces, folders and tags, save links (no duplicates; tags created as needed), edit, move, tag and archive links, and create folders. Nothing can be deleted over MCP. Connect by OAuth (e.g. a Claude custom connector) or with a read-only or read-and-write API key from Settings → AI access. Works on every plan, with the user's role in each workspace. - Pro workspaces: single sign-on over OpenID Connect (Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace and others), SCIM provisioning, and signed outgoing webhooks for workspace events. Owners can download the audit log as CSV. ## What Linkbry does not do - No full-page archiving: Linkbry keeps the readable text of saved pages, not screenshots, PDFs or page copies. - No AI: Linkbry doesn't use AI models, writes no summaries, and files nothing automatically; folder and tag suggestions come from your own history and are offered for you to accept. - No general public REST API (API keys work with the MCP server only), no Zapier or Make app (webhooks only), and no SAML (single sign-on is OpenID Connect). - No native mobile apps, and the browser extension is listed in the Chrome Web Store only. There's a bookmarklet for other browsers. - No self-hosted version. ## Links - Website: https://linkbry.com - Web app (sign up / log in): https://app.linkbry.com - Chrome extension: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/linkbry-%E2%80%93-save-organize-l/ffcnciclmgdhhadalomhnflakdoglgaj - Contact: hello@linkbry.com ## Who it's for ### Teams inside a company One shared library for the links a team re-asks for every week, with free viewers for everyone who only needs to read it. - [Bookmark Manager for Teams: One Shared Link Library, Free Viewers](https://linkbry.com/for/teams): Linkbry is a shared bookmark manager for teams: one workspace for every tool, doc and dashboard link, with owner, editor and viewer roles. Free is $0 for as long as you use it, with no time limit and no credit card. It's for one person: a personal workspace with up to 100 links and every organizing, search and extension feature. - **How does Pro pricing work?** Pro is $10 per seat per month, or $100 per seat per year. A seat is an owner or editor, someone who can add or change links. Viewers are free and unlimited on Pro, so you can give the whole company read access without growing the bill. There's no free trial, and you can cancel any time. - **Can I invite teammates on the Free plan?** No. The Free plan is just you, with no other members, including viewers. Upgrade the workspace to Pro to invite editors, and add as many viewers as you like. - **Can I import my existing bookmarks?** Yes. Import the bookmarks file exported from Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Arc or Brave, or a CSV (Pocket and Raindrop exports work too). Folders, tags and original dates are kept, and links you already have are skipped. - **Can I get my data out?** Any time. Export the whole workspace as an HTML bookmarks file that any browser can import, or as a CSV with folders, tags and notes. - **Which browsers does the extension support?** Chrome and other Chromium browsers, including Edge, Brave and Arc. The web app works in any modern browser, on desktop and mobile. - **What is the ;; link picker?** With the extension installed, type two semicolons in almost any text box, like Gmail, Slack, GitHub or a form. A search of your saved links opens at the cursor, and the link you pick is inserted with its title. - **Can I use Linkbry with Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor?** Yes. Linkbry is an MCP server, so AI assistants can search your saved links, save new ones and organise them into folders and tags. In Claude, add it as a custom connector and approve it; for Claude Code, Cursor and other tools, create an API key in Settings. It works on every plan, follows your role in each workspace, and can't delete anything. - **Can people outside my team see my links?** Only if you share a folder. A shared folder becomes a read-only public page that anyone with the link can open, no account needed. Notes and archived links are never shown, and you can revoke the link any time. ## Optional - [Full text of every page](https://linkbry.com/llms-full.txt): All feature, use-case, comparison, switch, blog and guide pages in one plain-text file. - [Pricing](https://linkbry.com/pricing) - [Privacy policy](https://linkbry.com/privacy-policy) - [Terms of service](https://linkbry.com/terms)
