Switch to Linkbry
Linkbry imports browser bookmark files, CSV spreadsheets, JSON exports from other link managers and plain lists of URLs — keeping folders, tags and save dates wherever the file has them. Each guide says exactly what comes across from that tool, what doesn't, and when the tool you're leaving is the better fit.
- Switch from Pocket to LinkbryUpload your Pocket export file (the CSV inside the .zip Pocket sent you) in Linkbry under Workspace settings → Import & export. Titles, tags and original save dates come across; duplicates are skipped.
- Switch from Raindrop.io to LinkbryExport your bookmarks from Raindrop.io as HTML or CSV, then upload the file in Linkbry under Workspace settings → Import & export. Collections become folders, tags and dates come across, and the CSV adds notes and excerpts.
- Switch from Linkwarden to LinkbryExport your data from Linkwarden's settings as a JSON file, then upload it in Linkbry under Workspace settings → Import & export. Collections (including sub-collections) become nested folders; tags, descriptions and dates come across. Archived page copies don't.
- Switch from Karakeep to LinkbryExport your bookmarks from Karakeep's settings as JSON, then upload the file in Linkbry under Workspace settings → Import & export. Links, titles, tags, notes and dates come across; lists and non-link items (text notes, uploaded images and PDFs) don't.
- Move your team's links from Notion to LinkbryIf your links are in a Notion database, export it as CSV and upload the CSV in Linkbry under Workspace settings → Import & export. The URL, Name and Tags columns come across, and a Category or Folder column becomes folders. Links written into page text can be pasted into a plain text file, one per line, and imported the same way.
