Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 August 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Linkbry, including the web application at app.linkbry.com and the Linkbry browser extension (together, “the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to do so.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
3. Your content
The links, folders, tags and notes you save remain yours. You grant us only the permissions we need to operate the Service — storing your content, displaying it back to you, and sharing it with the people and collections you choose to share it with. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train models.
You are responsible for what you save and share, and for having the right to share it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it
- distribute malware or content designed to deceive or defraud
- infringe someone else's intellectual property or privacy
- probe, scrape or overload the Service, or work around its limits and access controls
- resell or white-label the Service without our agreement
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
5. Plans and payment
The Free plan is free with no time limit. Paid plans are billed per user, in advance, on the interval you choose, and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We will give notice before any price change takes effect for you.
6. Your data, and leaving
You can export your library at any time from account settings, and you can delete your account at any time. Deleting a workspace deletes the links, folders and tags in it. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule after deletion. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and warranties
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change or discontinue features; where a change materially reduces what a paid plan offers, we will tell you in advance.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Linkbry is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect, and continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
