Move your team's links from Notion to Linkbry
Plenty of teams keep a "useful links" database or page in Notion. It works until nobody updates it. Linkbry doesn't replace Notion — it takes over the links, so they're searchable, checked for breakage and one ;; away from any Notion page.

If your links are in a Notion database, export it as CSV and upload the CSV in Linkbry under Workspace settings → Import & export. The URL, Name and Tags columns come across, and a Category or Folder column becomes folders. Links written into page text can be pasted into a plain text file, one per line, and imported the same way.
- In Notion, open the database that holds your links and export it as CSV (Notion's Markdown & CSV export gives you a .zip; the CSV is inside).
- Check the column names: the link must be in a column called URL (or Link). Name becomes the title, Tags become tags, and a column called Category, Folder or Collection becomes folders.
- Sign in to Linkbry and open Workspace settings → Import & export (or press ⌘K and choose Import).
- Choose the CSV file and review the summary of imported links and skipped duplicates.
- Back in Notion, replace the old list with an embedded Linkbry folder, or insert links with ;; as you write.

Imports take up to 20,000 links (10 MB) per file, skip links already in the workspace, and stop at your plan's link limit. Export steps for other tools are described in general terms; their menus may differ.
Why move links out of a wiki
A links page in Notion is a snapshot someone has to maintain by hand. Nobody notices when a link breaks, there's no way to see which links anyone uses, and finding one means opening the page and scrolling.

Keep using Notion — with the links in Linkbry
Notion stays the place for docs. Two ways to bring links back into it: embed a shared Linkbry folder in a Notion page (paste its embed URL and choose Embed), so the list stays current without editing; or type ;; in any Notion page with the Chrome extension to search your library and insert a link.
Where Notion is the better place
When the context matters more than the link — a runbook, a decision record, a how-to — keep it in Notion and link to it from Linkbry. Linkbry holds a description and a note per link, not documents.
Frequently asked questions
Linkbry matches common names case-insensitively (URL, Link, Website; Name, Title; Tags, Labels; Folder, Category, Collection). Rename a column in the CSV if yours is called something else.
Not from Notion directly. Copy them into a plain text file with one URL per line and import that file. Each link is titled with its site's name to start with, and Linkbry fills in descriptions and preview images afterwards (for up to 200 links per import).
